Chocolate Cheesecake and Yangmei berries
Today’s image: In honor of my dad’s birthday, I made a chocolate cheesecake. Luckily he was in our neighborhood/city/country/hemisphere leading a tour group from the US. It’s the last hurrah for our toaster oven before we leave China; it stood up admirably to the test. I also made a berry sauce from yangmei – the fruit paired perfectly with this rich dessert!
