Spinach, Onion & Rosemary Bread
Today’s image: Made some bread last night in the toaster oven. Here’s the result – a bit flat because I let the dough rise longer than usual. The flavorings are: steamed and minced spinach, onion sauteed with balsamic vinegar, and rosemary. Next challenge is to make gluten-free bread because Joel and I are beginning to suspect that we may have a wheat allergy.
